Lisa Aichele
President & Co-Founder As President and a lead Incorporator, Lisa oversees the vision and strategic direction of NPYEP. With a passion for teaching children and community building, Lisa is dedicated to creating a safe, engaging space where North Powder’s youth can discover their strengths and build lasting friendships.
Heather Zickefoose
Secretary, Treasurer & Co-Founder Heather handles the vital "behind-the-scenes" work that keeps our program running smoothly. Serving as both Secretary and Treasurer, Heather ensures our organization is transparent, organized, and focused on our mission. From managing our goals to coordinating community outreach, Heather is committed to making sure every child in our program has the resources they need to succeed.
As long-term North Powder residents, Lisa and Heather are deeply committed to the next generation. They believe in providing every child with the tools to grow, learn, and evolve into successful, productive adults who make a lasting positive impact on the world.
Our Community-First Approach - While NPYEP was founded by us, it belongs to the whole community. We are proud to be a homegrown organization, and we work closely with local volunteers and parents to ensure our programs are exactly what North Powder needs.
